Hi I just tested copper in my reef for the fun of it and it’s showing up as 0.06 (Hanna)

Is this bad for corals?

This tank never had copper introduced by me ever tank is 1 year old

The Hanna seems to be inaccurate at the low end and is not useful, IMO, for determining copper in an operating reef tank. I’d only use it for medicating.

Thus, I’d ignore it.

I just picked up the Hanna tester as well for my QT tank. Checked my 3 month old display tank for the fun of it and registered .06 as well. Never introduced copper so I agree with Randy!

Thanks for posting the info. :)
