I'm with the others on a bacterial infection. They seem to be susceptible when they are stressed and decline really quickly. It's a shame, I love CBBs.

I've never had an aptasia make it past my QT so I don't have any personal experience with this so maybe I'm wrong but I know there are many different shrimp that are sold as "peppermint shrimp", I have heard people say that it's only one or two types that are for sure aptasia eaters and the others are hit or miss. I've been told "A" is the one you want for eating aptasia:

But like I said I don't know for sure, maybe run that by someone that knows shrimp better than me. I've also heard that F-Aptasia is much more effective than Aptasia-X. You might want to look into that as well.
