I was running copper in my QT. The treatment is completed, so I moved the fish into the DT. I then drained and scrubbed the QT tank and didn't think to use gloves. What is the risk of copper absorbing through the skin and posing a health concern?

I was using copper power at 1.7.

For arthritis, I wore a copper bracelet on right wrist. That was 30 years ago and I am now 70. I don’t think it hurt me, best I can tell.

Both copper & zinc are trace minerals in the marine enviroment. Some marine crustaceans have copper based circulating systems.
