Copperband bacterial infection or something else?

I just picked up this copperband aware it had this blemish. But I’m not sure exactly what it is or if I should treat or observe.

It appears to be a white protrusion just in front of its large black dorsal fin spot. I did my best to get some pictures so maybe the experts can weigh in.

With the other spots on Fins I can see. I'd guess lympho. Do you plan to treat the fish?
I'm not sure there are other spots, or if that's just impurities in the photo. I will take a closer look though to be sure.

As for treatment, I am taking suggestions. :D

I just took another look and all fins are clear. Must have just been spots on the glass in the photos.
