So I recently purchased a copperband to take care of a few aptasia in my tank.. but after having him for a week or 2 he started to pick at my flame scallop. Just tonight I went to find the fish and I noticed that the copperband had his mouth pinched in the flame scallop. I was able to carefully pry the scallop open enough for the copperband to wiggle out. His mouth looks OK other than a tiny bruise and he's hiding in the back of the tank. Do I need to worry about and underlying damage? He's still moving his mouth every now and then.

Maybe he learned his lesson lol

I would remove the clam, if you hadn't of found it you would have a dead cbb imo, I doubt the cbb will learn.
