Cor 20 Pumps

Yesterday I broke both of my Cor 20 Pumps down for cleaning. It has been 6 to 9 months since I have done this. Both of them stunk badly; I have broken many [umps down but this was bad my wife got mad, just a heads up guess I need to do it more often

Yes, I have spare impellers on my pumps so I can quickly scrub with a toothbrush and then swap-in the new impeller. Otherwise I'd put it off like you...

I did not too long ago. I noticed the o ring was stretched.. is that common ? Put it back and it’s working… I have on my list to get a second cor20 … (just in case)

I haven't noticed any of my O-rings stretching (yet), but I do rotate them out every 3 months and give them a thorough soak and scrub in EzeClean.

I also have not noticed any problems with the O rings stretching. I have 2 running and I started with the Cor 15s one failed and I replaced it with a 20 I have a spare 15 for backup. I guess they have been running around 5 or 6 years now

I was looking at ecotech m2 or s2 . Not sure if they compare to the cor20. Mine has been solid for 4 years now … knock on wood
