And here I thought I was at least decently familiar with most hitchhikers out there. I haven't the slightest clue what this could be.

Weirdest part is that it wasn't there just a few hours ago. Bare rock this morning.

Just to check, is it still there?
Apparently it's mobile, as it disappeared a few hours after taking the photos. Best guess is a bristleworm like the above comment said, but beats me where that fluorescent blue comes from. I've got bristles in my tank, but they aren't blue.
 
Fireworm or bristleworm. DO NOT TOUCH IT WITHOUT GLOVES. they venomous
