I added my coral beauty 4 months ago after quarantining him for 8 weeks when he got, what I thought was, gill flukes. He wasn’t eating and had cloudy eyes and treated with prazi and he got better. I added him after I completed a few rounds of prazi and haven’t added anything new to the tank since... However, for some reason, after 4 months of being in the dt he started doing this “coughing” thing. He still eats fine and other fish are doing well but I just noticed that he started doing this every hour or so. He almost extends his lips and his dorsal fin arches so the spines stick up. What should I do?

Nothing to do , it’s normal behavior.
A video would help to be completely sure
