Coral beauty issue

My new little guy keeps swimming into the glass and everything else in the tank. He has a bruised nose now. No color on it. What is wrong with him? What should I do?

Does this fish react to close by motion maybe? Wave a stick in front see if he moves. Could be blind. Is it eating?

Yes just got the fish today and it does not look to be blind
