coral beauty white spot

hi everyone! i was wondering if anyone could help me identify what the white spot on my coral beauty is? i don’t think it’s ick cause it in one spot and it’s pretty big. i was think maybe a scare but i’m not to sure. it does pertrude of the fishes body. any help is appreciated! thank you!

i’ve had the fish for about 6 days and no i haven’t noticed any other symptoms but i have noticed that it usually just stays toward the back of the tank

If the fish isn’t breathing fast and is eating good, I’d chalk this up to just being a minor injury.
