I am wondering if anyone here has upgraded the pump from their old style Coral Box D500 skimmer to the pump used in the D500 plus. The old pump I believe was the Jebao DCS 2000 which has a bit of a whine to it. The new model is a DCA 2000 is supposed to be a lot quieter. Or if you own a D500 plus does the pump seem pretty quiet? I realize nothing can be done about the bubbling noise just would really like to get rid of that high pitched whining noise in my living room.
