They do best in groups of 3-5 and can emit toxins

You could keep them temporarily in a 65, at some point they are going to get too big for the tank. Just to put it simply. This fish grows to 1 foot, that means it should have at least a 4 foot long X 2 Foot wide aquarium to live there its entire life.

In the form of a standard aquarium that would be a 120 Gallon aquarium.
