I'm just wondering how most keep track of what they have cost, name, vendor? is there something out there? Thanks in advance

I just keep a notebook. I’ve also seen people keep spreadsheets.

I’m sure there must be some “higher” tech system out there though. :)

See I have a spare square system that I can add things to but it will make it like a store app and that's not what I would want.

I write it on the glass with a sharpie until I can remember. Sometimes, I make a map on a post-it note until I can remember. I get photos of every frag if I get them from a vendor - I save these in a directory on my 'puter.

I don't care about names, I have a directory in my phone with vendors, and...NEVER document the cost!!! Lol
