Coral die off

The tank is a mixed reef and has been running for 2+ years. Over the last week or so I've lost a torch, a birds nest, my montipora digitata wont open and I've lost a head on one of my torches. My parameters are good(8kh, 450calc, 1500mag, 1.026salinity, 10 nitrate and 1 phos). I was dosing my tank with prazi but that ended on the 5th and I followed all of the appropriate protocol. I recently had a disconnect on my dosing pump but my parameters never got into any dangerous zone. I'm pretty stumped. My other corals aren't showing any signs of stress(acros, zoas, acans, etc.) and I've had the same routine on the tank for the past few years. I have no predators, parameters are good, none of my equipment is failing or rusting, nothing major has changed. If anyone has had something similar happen or has any ideas what could potentially be causing it, let me know. I'd like to prevent any more die off. I just did a water change and started carbon. Just curious, do you have a pest control company come in ?
I had something like this happen an I couldn’t figure out what was wrong and the only thing was the pest control company. I couldn’t prove anything but I did numerous water changes and finally it seemed to take care of it . I no longer have pest control from that point forward. Just a thought .

I was going to suggest carbon and water changes but you already have that covered. As you already know your parameters are good. Hopefully the changes you have made make the difference, good luck!

Nothing like that. I can't think of anything that could have contaminated my tank, but that's definitely worth considering.

Is PO4 really 1 ppm or did you mean .1

How did these corals die? The softies and lps seem fine right? The dead corals were all sps, did they rtn? Which corals died and how they died gives a clue. Its unknown what causes rtn but its generally thought to be a change in alk or some water chemistry.

Yeah but it's been like that for majority of the time the tank has been up. No issues or algae outbreaks.

I had one come yesterday since I’m In a new rental house. Specifically said DO NOT spray the room with the tank lol. Not taking chances.

Id check your ro water too and do an icp. Heavy metals could be an issue tll

Torch died over the course of two days. Lost one head overnight and the other one withered the next, so I tossed it. The birdsnest died in 3-4 days from the inner region spreading out. Lost most of its flesh early on within that time frame. The digi that won't open closed a week before any of the others started dying but it is still alive. The torch that I mentioned losing just one head is almost fully dead too. My acros, anacro, lobo, acans, zoas and monti setosa are all looking better than ever and growing. I do find it odd that a birdnest, torches and only one type of monti would be affected when my most sensitive coral(the acros) are fine.

My ro should be good, place I get it from tests and is reputable(as far as I know). An icp is probably my next step. Only downside is it takes time to get results, but the time will pass regardless.
