I have a 40B with lots of softies and 7 fish. I really want to start target feeding my corals. The only filtration I have is an AquaClear70 with the inTank media basket. I run filter floss, chemi-pure elite, and chaeto. I was wondering what would would be the best food and if I would run into parameter spikes since I don't run a skimmer.

You don`t need to feed your corals because your fish will take care of that with fish waste and you need to get a protein skimmer, that will take care of extra nutrition

I'm aware I don't need to feed my corals. But I want to start feeding them. Thanks for your input. Anybody else? I'm between Coral Frenzy and Reef Roids. Or maybe get both and alternate?

Both Is good.
