Coral food for unknown corals?

Im hoping to buy my first few coral frags soon, whether local or ordered online. Trouble is im not sure what any of the local... "fraggers"(?) have. I may just buy a few run of the mill easy softy/LPS frags. That said, my LFS's have a tendency to leave a lot to be desired. As far as quality reef products. They usually have cheaper, lower quality, or no variety of products so I was thinking i would order some food to have it on hand already... that said idk if coral foods something you can buy in advance without knowing what kind of coral your getting...is it? I already feed frozen foods to the fish so is that enough to keep most frags fed until a proper food can be shipped? Can I just go buy some fresh sea food and blend it up to make my own food to get by for proper food to arrive? Thanks!

Benepets, Coral Cane, etc are good coral foods. However, sometimes just having Nitrates and Phosphates is really the key for softies.

Awesome i appreciate it. I'll pick up a small container of the benepets. Looks like it'll be really shelf stable so even if i don't need to feed in the QT tank I'll still have it later when I need it.
