Is there anyway to make it to where the tile is tilted like 30-45 degrees inward? This will mean better light coverage, less shade for the coral below it, and it doesn’t stick out as far as it would if it were completely flat.

No I don't at this time. I do this as a hobby, it's fun, and to help fellow hobbyist. The SBB forum is where I lurk and most jobs are custom prints for people.
I would stick with the 25 degree because you don’t want the tile to fall out
That’s what I was trying to see if you could design. At 25 degrees the tiles will shade a good amount of the coral below it. Especially if I end up putting several frag tiles on the walls. I am out of room on my frag tank so I was trying to get the tiles up on the walls and since they’re zoas, they have no problem growing at a 45 degree angle. They would probably end up running the length of my walls. Depending on how well it works.

was you ever able to do something like this? I am sort of looking for the same thing, some kind of grow out that you can place on back or side wall, go at 45 degree angle, and optimize space in a smaller grow out. Top shelf aquatics utilizes something similar where they have a vertical grow out on the back wall of their tanks.
