How can you get them to grow? All params are good, my Crocea clam has about an inch of white shell on the edge so i know its growing, but i have had my Gonis longer than my clam and they look great but do not look like they have had any growth at all.
My first Goni, i have had just about a year, actually had brown jelly and it ate the center of the Goni. After a peroxide dip about 6 months ago has been great ever since, but still has not recovered the dead space or grown at all. Polyp extension on all of them are amazing, they reach from 4-6 inches.

Anyway you can tell if corals are growing? Looking to get into different types of coral soon. Maybe some buttons, acans, frog spawn or hammers...

Sometimes they just being stubborn, doesn't do any thing and one day...boommm. outgrow everything in the tank...just teasing u but that's true...lol
It just might need some time to re-adapt themself for whatever reason, and they do not grow over dead skeleton... u need to feed it sometime and be patient. That's a key to success.
Good luck

I remember reading its hard for a clam to grow so much or at all, but as i said i have had it maybe 5 months and it definitely has about 1 inch of white on the edge of the shell which i would think is significant.
the goni that had brown jelly was about 2.5 -3 inch skeleton now the center is bare. When it is open you cant even tell the center is bare cause the polyps extend so much it covers all.
My other Green goni is about 3.5" skeleton and extended is huge... but still no growth on that one either.... I was feeding maybe 1-2 times a month before but i havent in a long time. I dont see it as necessary, my LED are strong, im always growing algae on everything my CUC can not even keep up. Considering getting more CUC, but i stir up the sand so all the uneaten food and algae get up and into the goni, they do close up often as if they are feeding.
