I need help deciding that corals to place on these little Bowl Rocks I have. I am open to anything, I just don’t know what would look good here. I am not super into zoas but are not against them either. Other recommendations would be great.

That's more a personal choice I think since almost anything could be placed on them.
Not sure how your flow is but those shelves are going to collect a lot of detritus and will require blowing them off to keep it from accumulating.

Zoas bottom/mid maybe, toadstool or torch on top. Could put a goni on the bottom front too.

I browse member tanks and google images for inspiration for things to do sometimtes.

I love the look of the bowls and agree with @exnisstech that you’ll need good flow or have to constantly be blowing them off with a turkey baster. This is a very personal choice for you but what about some different kinds of encrusting corals, a different one on each level, different colors, that would cover the bowls and still have that cool bowl look to them? Those would be easy to blow off any detritus that doesn’t get removed naturally.
