I have a Duncan that has severally regressed. Can I save it

please start by posting all known tank parameters and a panned out shot of your tank. What lights are you using? What water are you using for top off and what salt are you using. What are you measuring salinity with?
 
It looks like its melting, I'm thinking not enough light or flow or both. But we need more info on your tank to help you. How long have you had this coral, how are other corals doing?
 
I am using 2 hydra edge 44 HD on a 90 gallon
I am using RO/DI water. All other coral seems fine.
Current parameters are:
Calcium - 400
KH - 150 ppm
Phosphate - .25 ppm
Nitrate - 0 ppm
pH - 8.0
Ammonia - 0
Nitrite - 0
