Coral Hot or Not

Not sure if this would be an easy thing to find as a plug in, but why not a thing like all those "hot or not" websites, but have one for pictures related to reefing? Users can upload whatever they want to upload a pic of, be it an SPS frag, a chalice colony, a fish getting fed, whatever. Just something to interact with a bit more.

maybe a plugin that's not linked to the forums, but on the main page? I'm as far from a computer guy as it gets, so sorry I can't offer help-but I'm guessing maybe there's pre-built programs or hostings for these sort of things?
