Hey this was sold to me as either a white frogspawn of octospawn .. not sure after researching. Also really concerned that I can see the skeleton. Just looking for lighting and flow requirements, tank placement. Here's a pic . Thanks for your help guys

This looks severely bleached. Bleaching could be a result of too much or not enough light and or poor unstable water quality. It bothers me someone took advantage of you calling it a “ white “ frogspawn or octospawn. Your pic is kinda blurry on my phone but it also looks like BJD or brown jelly disease is trying to take hold. If you’re going to make an attempt to keep it in your tank I would suggest keeping it in a spot with lower light and flow. My initial thoughts are that it’s already too far gone and will only continue getting worse.
