Coral ID? Bad quality

Can someone ID what type of coral this is? Is it a zoa? Sorry for the bad quality picture.

the coral used to be longer but has shrunk significantly and the little arms all around it seems smaller. Does it need more or less light?

Thank you. It looked a lot better. Had a lot longer tentacles and was taller. The shrinking of it had me worried. Picture will be coming in tomorrow!

I don’t think you want to see it in white light. It looks ugly lol.

Also would anyone know why it shrunk? The stem of the zoa was like an inch long or so. Even the head got a little smaller.
