hi,
I picked this up locally. I was told its a fast grower. What is it?
What kind of flow / lighting is best for it?

Thanks in advanced for your help!

Regular green birdsnest. Great beginner SPS, grows quickly too. Clip off the dead parts, they are a place algae likes to grow.

perfect! I'm looking for easy stuff.
What about light and flow? I assume med - high light and flow?

med-high lighting, I'd say medium flow. The first birdsnest I got almost died because I put it pretty much in front of my powerhead and it blew most of the polyps off. I was left with a little piece of alive birdsnest towards the base of the frag that directly grew back to its original size in around 3 months.
