Not a Goniastrea; true Goniastrea are more pale/cream-colored and have prominent paliform lobes like this:

It's more likely a Favites or subcerioid Dipsastraea.

Yes the glow under blues is insane! I got them for 80$ each I think

I’m assuming still same care, yeah? Also, I put my frag between two rocks with the sides touching the rocks; will it end up encrusting the rocks? Or do I have to attach it above the rock?

yes, most merulinids have the same care: medium flow & lighting
