I don't think so those tend to have bushier tentacles that tend to stay closer to the Colony.

This one is elongated with a much less polyp count.

But who knows for sure.... (someone here does lol) it's just a nice leather Coral

I have the Aquarium Corals book in front of me.

regarding Genus Sinularia....most sinularia feel dry, tough and leathery. S. flexibilis, along with others is more flexible and slimy to the touch.

The family of Kenya tree is Family Nephtheidae, Genus Capnella, from reading it seems to be more smooth and have the tendency to droop and can drop babies.

Then there is the Genus Nephthea, which I think is what I have and looks similar to your coral, although one description I read is when contracted they look like a cauliflower which mine doesn't do. Mine is droopy, frags terrible (won't easily attach) and isn't rough like a leather.

It also looks like Genus Lemnalia, they are also in the Nephtheidae family, they seem to have long branches with small polyps and not as bushy looking.

its pylops arent as pronouced
its soft to the touch and will skink to the size of gold ball at night

At night do the polyps retract completely into the body? From reading it looks like retraction of polyps into the body is a trait of finger leather corals like Sinularia, Alcyonium, Lobophytum.

I have Whst people call kenya

It drops babies like crazy. It just drops a little piece of its self. It’s very soft to the touch

I also have green nep atlthough different looking than yours it’s more harder to the touch when retracted like a good stoll. Also doesn’t grow as much in size during the day

Then I have this coral. It grows very big during the day and retracts small

It’s not as soft to the torch as Kenya
Doesn’t drop babies like Kenya
And any part that touched a rock will root and start growing

It also isn’t as hard to the touch of a roof stool
Easier to cut throw too.

Only thing is you notice Kenya and nepthia have a stalk and branches with polyps all over. This doesn’t really have branches and it’s polyps aren’t as close together
