Did a lights out after reading some old forums to help clear up some algae after fixing the issue. Duncan’s and a few others looked great before. This was the second day lights back on very low power and they still haven’t opened up, is this normal will it take time?

Your corals should be fine. Most people doing black outs will do a 3 day+ blackout with no I'll effects. Some corals get grumpy for a day or two but they should be fine.

I did a 4 day blackout with Duncan's to help fight some garbage I had going on in my tank. The Duncan's didn't skip a beat.

ok fingers crossed one does look rough on two of the “pods” not seeing anything in them the others just look how they normally do when ticked off. I did stir a lot of stuff up I did a real deep removal of algae. I do have to gradually bring my lights back up correct?

After 2 days they shouldn't have any light shock but gradually raising them never hurts.
