Coral not "coming out"

It’s a goniopora. Can be a sensitive coral to parameters. Yours on par? Those aiptasia anemones could definitely tick it off.

What parameters do they prefer? I've got other hammers / torches / mushrooms loving life along with a small range of fish.
I will look at the aiptasia, wasn't sure what they were called. I've got another small bit not showing it's best but not near one of those

Hey dude. I'm sorry about your troubles; I know how nerve wrecking you could be feeling.
To best help you, I need to get up to speed on your tank as quickly as possible. Can you provide basic parameters right now in your tank.

Calcium:
Magnesium:
Temperature:
Salinity:
How deep is your tank (inchs):
Where are the Goni's in relationship to the floor of your tank(inch):
Also, do you happen to have a PAR meter?
If not, tell me about how far the Goni's are from the surface and the model of light you have. Nothing is definitive without PAR, but I can do my best to make an educated guess.
My experience with reefing in general and with Gonis (were my first love):
They prefer more light than I would have ever imagined.
A majority of my goni's currently are in the 140 - 220 PAR range. Red loves 180-220 range, pink loves 160-180, green tends to favor 140-160 PAR.
Flow wise, they like to waltz, not head bang. Slow and consistent flow. The nearest wave maker for them is a nero 3, which runs at a low 20% 1000 rpm. In terms of flow conditions, either consistent or random set to medium with 10% difference between high and low).
Unless your PO is insane, they'll be fine. Insane for me would be about 2.0. The same for NO, Goni's really aren't that picky.
When my Goni's have acted up, its either temperature, low or high salinity, low or high Alk, or low or high Magnesium.
I am still astounded at the rate of failure with most high end reefing equipment, but is a topic for another day.
