Wow, nice colony. Any idea what PAR you have that at? What kind of flow? I have tried to grow mine under about 350par and med/high random flow, and it is turning brown.

Mine is grown under a similar par. 300-400. Flow is driven by MP40 quiet drive Vortech pumps.

Just got mine and this pic does it no justice. It is deep purple and the green polyps glow at night, I can't wait until acclimation is over as this will be the center piece of my main rockwork..love the garf bonsai..it will receive moderate to high flow and will be about 18 inches directly below my light..its in a 29 gal bc with AI prime HD, upgraded return pump to Rio rhf8 and my wave pump is made by current USA multi functional flow options which is also being upgraded soon. I purchased 12 new corals with the bonsai 2hich I'll add pics of as I have time. Happy reefing everyone!

Here’s mine from approx 2012. I remember wanting this coral badly, getting it, and then it never grew. Other acros and corals grew from sticks to softballs and football size colonies. Not my Garf. He stayed pretty much the same. Polyps always out. Looked healthy. Never grew
