I received my overnight shipment of a pink frogspawn this morning. Acclamation and a light dip of coral Rx. I received the coral at 10:30am with a 2hr doa policy. As being a Euphylia and completely retracted was expected, but it still hasn’t opened and seem very receded to me what do you think? The first picture is what it still looks on the invoice and second pic is what they are representing .

Do you have any pics of the frogspawn currently?
IME, they will remain retracted for a while due to stress of shipping and the additional stress of dipping.

Unfortunately either way it goes you would not be making the 2 hour doa policy. IME those seem to only get honored when its a dead speicimen (fish or invert) or extreme damage to coral from shipping i.e. the sps cracked in half, or your lps is bailing out.

the good news is that it should open up or START to show signs of positivity within 3 days in my experience. So dont get too worried yet! Most corals look ugly for even up to a month, but as long as you keep your tank in order it should pull through. :)
