Law enforcement is one way to deal with the trafficking of illegal corals but like the “War on Drugs”, one sure fire way to combat the problem is to legalize coral mariculture.

So a country doesn't want it's waters exploited for commercial gain so the best solution is to exploit for commercial gain, just with a twist. Awesome. And yet people wonder why this hobby is garbage sometimes.

I like how they set the law to "protect the reef".....
but why kill the coral that are already been taken out of the reef? just sad
