Coralife Analog Power Center Setup

Hi everyone. I'm trying to clean up my wiring and stuff, and I got this coralife dual timer with a bunch of other used equipment a whole back so I figured I could use it...I just can't figure the thing out. Downloaded the instructions and still lost. I was wondering if anyone here uses or has used this and could explain it a little better for me, or has a link to a video or something that would help lol.. thanks.
