Coralife lunar 48" question

I recently bought this fixture. When I got it the bulbs were out of it and sent In a second package. I can't seem to find anything on the fixture really online. I have put the bulbs in. But I am not quite sure they are right

Does anyone have a pic to show the correct placement ?

And has anyone experienced the actinic lights blinking??

It's kinda makin me nuts.

Blinking lights tells me the ballast is bad. To test this, remove those lights and put them in the other set of spaces.
I don't understand what you mean by not having the bulbs in right. The 2 prongs on the ends of each lamp fit in the slots in the fixture, then twist, they lock into place.
