Coralife Twist X12 Fittings

I have a coralife twist x12 that I'd like to integrate into the build going up tomorrow, but the fittings that came with the kit are no good. What size fitting goes directly to the UV Sterilizer body? I'd like to hard plumb this with PVC, and tie it into a manifold, as I believe this will be less problematic as time goes on.
