Coraline exploded with reef brite XHO

I have been running a g3 radion pro over my tank for about a year now with some coraline growth added a all blue actinic reef brite xho and the coraline is growing everywhere. Would the change in spectrum be the cause of this?

How long have you had the t5? I've always seen coralline takes some time to get a foothold and then boom! Keep an eye on your calcium and alkalinity if it's growing crazy fast! I run radion gen 3 pros also and my coralline took about 9 months to really get going!

Reef brite xho's are leds not t5's it honestly gave my tank a bathing effect kind of like t5 with the reflector system did away with my shaded spots, defiantly changed the look of my tank
