i am putting this out there. if there is coralline algae growth on your chalice frag plugs, does it stunt the growth? or do the grow there skeleton right over top of it? i just got a mini colony and the coralline is pretty thick on the outer parts near the flesh. wondering if i should try and scrape it off. let me know. thanks all

Coraline is fine, they just grow right over the top.

good to know. i thought i have heard someone say it isn't good. maybe that was regular algae, or cyano.
