Your nutrients are bottomed out so your corals are starving to death. They decline from the inside out so it can take weeks or months for the decline to be visible.

Check for stray voltage with volt meter. If you find a piece of equipment giving a high reading that can indicate faulty equipment that might be leaching metals into your tank. (copper etc.) Follow up with ICP
