Just got a Reef Octopus Classic 202-S this past Friday, I bought it from Bulk Reef Supply. I was cleaning off the little bits of Styrofoam from the packaging before I put it together and noticed that on the baseplate there was a rubber foot missing from the plate. I emailed CoralVue support Saturday morning. Got a response this morning, they asked for proof of purchase and took care of every thing. Parts are in the mail! Great job Coral Vue!!!!
