Hello all,

I have a 32.5g fluval tank.
Currently it has 5 fish.
2 clown (fancy & snow), a pygmy fire angel, a lawnmower blenny and a green mandarin dragonet.

I am comfortable with this amount and think 3 with swimbladders and two without is sufficient. But I was watching them today and thought I could possibly add one more. May? Nay

I Currently have no plans to add coral yet.
I want to eventually add an Anemone.

Currently my CuC is 1 Tuxedo Urchin, 1 Emerald Crab, 1 Cleaner Shrimp, 2 tiger conch, 4 Nyssarius Snails, 4 Trochus snails, 4 Florida Cerith and 8 Dwarf Cerith.

I have a chaeto refugium in the works to make feeding my dragonet less expensive.

Im thinking I'm nearing max capacity, save for a pim pom crab or some more shrimp.

Would it be possible to add one more fish?
Any suggestions for the blue, yellow or purple kind if so?

Thank you!

A flame angel will absolutely outgrow a 32. In your current state, I wouldn’t add a new fish- but once you have to rehome the flame I would add 2 fish in its place. In my 32 biocube I have a purple firefish, percula pair, tailspot blenny and YWG.

For inverts I have some hermits, snails, a pistol for the the YWG and a fire shrimp. I would suggest you add more inverts in the place of shrimp since my fire shrimp definitely fills the void of more fish, but you already have a good invert stock. If your tank is doing well now, I would keep it that way!

It’s fun to add new fish but IMO it’s not worth upsetting the balance in a smaller tank.

Maybe a few small nano fish
Like masked gobies, tiger gobies, barnacle blennies, etc. All fish less than or equal to 1 inch. However, I've heard clownish can be aggressive to fish that small.

you have room for a one or two more small fish. If you want blue, yellow, and purple I think a sapphire damsel, ywg and a purple firefish would be some good options.
