Hi all, new guy here, didn't know where to post this so apologies in advance, recently purchased a used 80 gallon tank was very happy with the over all condition, got back and noticed there was paper on the bottom, probably from when the tank was shipped, upon trying to remove this paper I have found out that all along the edges and corners of the tank the neoprene mat has literally fused to the glass and left bumps and gaps if that makes sense now normally I would just use a razor blade to scrape it off but ita sort of fused into the seams if that makes sense? The bumps are bad but I can feel them so obviously I'm concerned is the tank no longer fit for purpose? Honestly feel gutted right now, thanks in advance

You might try a bit of mild solvent like orange oil cleaner, and use a whilte scrubby pad
