Could this be brown jelly disease?

Could this be brown jelly disease? or something else? My Duncan I’ve had for about 6-8 months. It started as a 4 headed Duncan and turned into about 20 heads then about 2 weeks ago started about halfway opening up and has been that way since. And what about the greenish stuff on the skeleton? I’ve also got a patch of green stuff on my sandbed that I believe to be blue green cyano. Any ideas? I have another frag of Duncan beside it about 6” apart and it’s doing great along with all of my other coral.

120 mixed reef with mainly softies and lps. I have a frag of stylophora and birdsnest doing great also.
