I’m scared to mess with it salty do u have any idea what it might be
Mess with it.
It’ll be fine. In a small spot try to scrape a bit.

My first thought is a sponge. Second would be an alge.

The stuff on the glass looks like corraline algae. Should be hard but not impossible to take off.

Is this a pretty new tank ? Was it all white dry rock?

Hmm. So the color in the rocks is being replaced?

The stuff on the glass is normal.

Just looks dark green under the blues it looks kinda purple but the dark stuff had me kinda tripping but it’s not fuzzy or anything and I mean nitrates are I little height but everything else is great so I guess just point the flow towards it and see if it goes away if not let I grow it’s not really harming anything u think right

There are many different species of coralline algae, so I don't think this is a problem. The purple should take over in time. Here's a bit from reefcleaners...

https://www.reefcleaners.org/coralline

Coralline comes in many shades and colors, and one of the fastest growing encrusting coralline species likely to be encountered in aquaria are green in color and may make you think you have a type of nuisance algae growing on your rocks. You can distinguish green coralline algae from film algae by testing its hardness, coralline should not come off easily when toothbrushed. Fast growing green coralline algae usually takes up residence on bare rock, and is often later engulfed by epiphytic coralline algae that have "better coloring" like reds, pinks and purples.
