couple questions, "not connected " error

everything seems to be working but i have this error as shown below, what do i need to do ?
also this may be stupid but what is the difference between the 1link 2 port, adapter for power and the other power adapter (4 port) like on the dose it has both of those options and 24v also

In my case I logout of fusion and log back in and it will be good to go again.
