Couple Questions?

Ok.So i have my new 45g tank.I want to make it a sic display tank now.For filtration since i want to stock light,i was going to do live rock as my main filtration.So today i bought 30lbs of argonite sand(it is not live).I plan to buy another 20lb of live argonite sand to seed it.Do you think I need to add anything else for my filtration? Do you think i will need anything else besides liverock and livesand if i plan to stock light and do 15-20% waterchanges every week?

I would recommend more filtration. Having good water quality is the most important factor of reef keeping. So, something as easy as a refugium is recommended. If you do not have room for a refugium then something like a canister filter would help as well.

I would just do a refugium under the stand, put your skimmer down there and etc.

What if i get an aquaclear 70,and put filterfloss,and chemi-pure elite in it?

You need to get a skimmer bro...

Get Aquac Nano or Tunze 9002.
