Coverts QuietFlow power filter to algae scrubber

Initially tried putting the led lights inside the filter under water and it didn't work, the waterproof lights stopped working in 2 days due to cracks in the epoxy cover. So ended up cutting a rectangular hole in the back of the filter and glued a box to host the lights.
