Cp tablets not disolving

Hi guys. I'm using cp tablets to quarantine my fishes. But 24 hours after putting in the tablets I realised they are not fully dissolved.

Crush them up very fine then dissolve in water first. Then add to the tank.

What I do is crush very well, then place it on the sponge that is connected to my powerhead. It will not completely dissolve but there are inactive ingredients in the tablets, so it is not necessarily all medication being left out of solution. Keep in mind the milligrams written on the bottle is not exactly how much CP you have, take this into account when calculating dosage.

will it b a good idea to dissolve it in warm/hot water before adding ?
