Hi all.

Still quite a newbie to all this. But fed my tank earlier, and after I turned the pump on, this little critter came out of the jets(curled in a little ball). Any idea what it is?
Tank levels are all good(nitrates crept up to 9.7 though)
A clown disappeared about a month ago(thought my banghai had bullied it to death), could this be the real culprit?

Are they bad? Can only assume it’s come from frozen food somehow. Unless it was on my replacement clown somehow?
They usually come with live rock. For the most part they are harmless unless it's a fireworm. They can overpopulate quickly if there are no predators in the tank. But they are mostly a part of your cleaning crew.

Thanks. I’ll keep en eye out. Strange for them to turn up now, when all I have added in 2 months is a fish.
