Most likely it is a broken fin ray. It could be Lymphocystis, but that viral disease will go away on its own in 4 to 6 weeks, although new spots may develop.It’s right on top and they said it has been there for awhile. They also have a blue jaw in another tank with the same thing. No other spots on the fish but that white spot has been there for a few weeks.
