My kindergartener insists that all new fish be read to so they feel comfortable in their new home. Anyone else have any techniques that the mainstream hasn't caught on to? :p

I make my fish listen to Easy Listening music while being dipped in hydrogen peroxide and/or methylene blue. None have jumped out of their baths yet, but it's been a close call with a few of them.

That's awesome!! I'm sure the fish appreciate it. Well, afterall, they do prefer to be in SCHOOLS. ;Smuggrin ;Hilarious (I'll see myself out...)

I’ve heard of the reading acclimation technique. Have used it when grandkids are here. It’s very effective. But I like to use “girgle translate” Through this app I just speak the names of all my fish into my phone, press the translate button and place my phone into the bag of water with the fish. :D
