Online fish order arrived with sick looking fish

Hello all, I placed an online order awhile back that arrived about 10 minutes ago and bags are floating in the sump for temp acclimation. I got a few different wrasse and they sent an extra exquisite wrasse as a freebie and it isn't looking too hot in the bag. Kinda just floating on it's side or upside down at the bottom of the bag. All other fish look great and I have ordered from these guys before. I'm obviously not wanting a refund on a free fish but I don't know if I feel comfortable putting it in the tank and possibly infecting other fish. It's still in the bag so tough to get a picture and this is all I really got. What do you guys think? I have a 10 gallon tank I can set up quickly but not sure if putting a fish that to me looks obviously sick into a brand new tank is a great idea.

Is that fish breathing? I've never seen a live fish curl up like that. Have you contacted the vendor for advice?

yeah it's moving around. but not much. and yeah, waiting to hear back

Many wrasses are poor shippers. I'm guessing that's why the vendor ( Dr?) shipped an extra.
If it was from a vendor that uses a full quarantine procedure, then I would put it in a tank where you can see how it does. Maybe aday or so?
If in fact it is an extra, are they both females and can be added together if it survives?

I ordered all female wrasses except for one male rhomboid. Unfortunately, it didn't make it as expected though.

Bummer.
Back a few years ago ( 10-12) I wanted a trio of leopard's and I couldn't believe how many times I had to get replacements because how poorly they did with shipping.

This fish is O2 deprived or ammonia.

If it’s still breathing, put it in the tank. And see what it does. Just had a goby do this, got it in the tank and it revived.
